I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk away from a small but popular beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, and I even had a garden view which was super nice. The staff here is really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The pool facilities are fantastic, with sun loungers and cabanas available by the pier. The on-site restaurant, "Mero," serves delicious food and cocktails, and the breakfast was also great. this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The overall experience was excellent, and I couldn't find any negative aspects to mention.

In addition to lovely breakfast, impeccable service is offered here. Location not far from Praia do Viana and easy access to praia pedra do sino. In love with mercedes. Praia Mercedes district deserves your attention: )

The hotel had great pool facilities and a sumptuous breakfast. I also enjoyed the beautiful decoration of the hotel, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful despite the language barrier.
Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms, only in the lobby. The hotel had poor refrigeration, particularly in the lobby where there was no fan.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the beach, and central to many attractions. the pool area was well maintained, and the pool bar had smoothies and snacks. the room was spacious and clean, and we had a nice balcony overlooking the garden. the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was good.
the staff was unresponsive to our requests, and some of them were even rude.

We had a great time on the island. the hotel's location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and with stunning views. the breakfast was delicious, with local pastries and fresh ingredients. the architecture and design were outstanding, creating a unique atmosphere.
The internet connection was very poor, making it difficult to work while staying there.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and transportation was easily accessible from this beautiful island location. We especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel was right near the ocean and a small but popular beach on the island. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
